Product Overview
Complete industrial exhaust purification system — from source capture to stack discharge. We design, fabricate, and commission the entire treatment chain: hoods and ductwork, one or more wet scrubbers, activated carbon polishing, fans, stack, and integrated controls. Not a catalog product — every system is engineered to your specific process, emission sources, and compliance requirements. One supplier, one warranty, one point of accountability.
| System scope | Capture + ducting + scrubber(s) + fan(s) + controls + stack + commissioning |
| Treatment stages | 1-4 stages: wet scrubber + activated carbon + demister + UV/ozone/catalytic (per spec) |
| Materials | PP, FRP, SS — matched to each section’s chemical and temperature duty |
| Air volume | 500 – 500,000 m3/h total; single or distributed collection |
| Compliance | Designed to EU, US EPA, or local emission standards per project |
| Lead time | 30-60 days design + fabrication; larger projects scoped individually |
| Warranty | 12 months system warranty; performance guaranteed at specified conditions |
Why a System, Not Just a Scrubber
Buying a scrubber from one supplier, ductwork from another, and a fan from a third creates integration risk: mismatched flange sizes, incompatible pressure drop curves, and no single party responsible for system performance. When the stack test fails, the scrubber supplier blames the fan, the fan supplier blames the duct design, and you’re left holding the problem. A turnkey system eliminates this — we take responsibility for the entire train because we designed and built every component.
A system approach also enables optimizations that component-level purchasing misses: the scrubber pressure drop informs the fan selection which determines the motor size which affects the electrical supply requirement. We handle the cascade of design decisions that turn a collection of components into a functioning treatment plant.

Why Xicheng
16 years, 2600+ systems shipped worldwide. A turnkey exhaust treatment system is the ultimate test of a manufacturer’s capability — it requires competence across mechanical design, chemical engineering, structural support, electrical integration, and project management. We bring all five disciplines in-house.
- Single-source accountability. When we propose a system with a guaranteed SO2 outlet concentration of under 50 mg/Nm3, that guarantee covers the entire train — not just the scrubber at specified inlet conditions. We stand behind the system performance because we designed every component in the chain.
- Process-first design. We don’t start with equipment selection. We start with your process: what chemicals are used, at what temperatures, in what quantities, on what schedule. This determines the capture strategy (push-pull hoods, enclosed hoods, direct duct connections), the duct sizing, the treatment chemistry, and the control logic. Equipment selection follows process understanding, not the other way around.
- Pre-commissioned before shipping. For multi-component systems, we pre-assemble and wet-test the complete skid at our Shenzhen facility before crating. Pumps are run, pH loops are tuned, damper actuators are cycled. When the system arrives at your site, it’s been proven to work — not assembled for the first time on your concrete pad hoping the wiring diagram was followed correctly.
- After-sales that doesn’t end after the sale. Remote commissioning support is standard. For large projects, we send an engineer to site. We stock critical spare parts — pump mechanical seals, pH probes, nozzle sets, packing media — and ship within 48 hours. Your system is in our project database; when you call about the scrubber we built for your Jakarta plant in 2019, we know exactly which one it is.
Send your process description to xicheng023@outlook.com. We’ll scope the system and return a preliminary P&ID with budget pricing — typically within 3 business days for initial system concepts.

System Design Process
- Site survey – We review your process flow, identify all emission sources, measure existing duct layouts if retrofitting, and note site constraints (available space, power supply, water source, discharge permits)
- Capture design – For each emission source, we design the appropriate capture method: push-pull hoods for open-surface tanks, slotted hoods for process vessels, direct duct connections for sealed reactors, canopy hoods for hot processes
- Duct sizing and routing – Duct diameters sized for transport velocity (8-15 m/s for gases, 15-25 m/s for particulates). Manifold balancing to ensure equal extraction from all branches. Access doors at every direction change for cleaning
- Treatment selection – Based on your pollutant mix, we configure the treatment chain: wet scrubber (acid gases), packed bed (high efficiency), activated carbon (VOCs, odors, mercury), HEPA (chrome mist, sub-micron particulates). Multi-stage when needed
- Fan selection – Induced-draft centrifugal fan sized for total system pressure drop including duct losses, scrubber resistance, and stack effect. Motor sized with 15% margin. VFD for systems with variable exhaust demand
- Controls integration – pH monitoring with automated chemical dosing, differential pressure sensors across packing beds, stack emissions monitoring (CEMS optional), Modbus RTU to your plant DCS or SCADA

Global Shipping
We ship worldwide with documented export experience across Southeast Asia, South Asia, Middle East, Africa, Europe, Americas, and Oceania. For multi-component systems, we coordinate container loading to match your installation sequence — ductwork arrives first, then scrubber vessels, then auxiliaries — so your site isn’t cluttered with crates while the civil work is still in progress. Export documentation including Certificate of Origin, packing list, bill of lading, and fumigation certificate provided with every shipment.
FAQ
What is the difference between buying a system and buying individual components?
The difference is accountability. When you buy a scrubber, ductwork, fan, and controls from separate suppliers, you become the system integrator — responsible for making them work together. When you buy a system from us, we are the integrator and we guarantee the performance of the complete train. If something doesn’t work, you have one phone call to make, not four.
Do you handle installation?
We provide detailed installation drawings, rigging guides, and interconnection details suitable for any competent mechanical contractor. Remote commissioning support is standard — our engineers guide your installation team via video call. For projects over USD 100,000 or sites with complex integration requirements, we can provide on-site supervision or full installation by our partner contractors. Discuss during quoting.
What information do you need for a system proposal?
Minimum: a process description listing your emission sources, the pollutants you’re aware of, and approximate air volumes. A site photo or floor plan sketch helps enormously. With just that, we can provide a preliminary concept and budget. The more detail you can share — gas concentrations, local emission standards, available utilities — the more precise the proposal.
