Step-by-Step Installation Guide

Hot Melt Welding (Recommended for Permanent Connections)

  1. Cut the duct to the required length using a fine-tooth saw, ensuring a clean, square cut.
  2. Remove all burrs and sharp edges from the duct ends.
  3. Set the hot melt welding machine to 260℃ and allow it to reach operating temperature.
  4. Simultaneously heat both duct ends for the recommended time (varies by diameter).
  5. Remove the ducts from the heater and immediately push them together with firm, even pressure.
  6. Hold the joint in place until it cools completely (1-3 minutes depending on size).
  7. Inspect the weld bead for uniformity and absence of defects.

  1. Weld PP flanges to both duct ends using hot melt welding.
