Manufacturing Process & Quality Control
Every XiCheng round PP duct undergoes a rigorous 6-step manufacturing process to ensure consistent quality:
- Raw Material Testing: All incoming PP resin is tested for melt flow rate, chemical composition and impact strength to meet our strict specifications.
- Precision Extrusion: Using computer-controlled single-screw extruders with temperature accuracy of ±1℃, we produce ducts with uniform wall thickness and perfect roundness.
- Cooling & Sizing: Precision water cooling system ensures dimensional stability and prevents warping during production.
- Visual & Dimensional Inspection: Each duct is inspected for surface defects, wall thickness variation and diameter accuracy.
- Pressure Testing: Random samples from each batch undergo hydrostatic pressure testing at 1.5 times the rated pressure for 24 hours.
- Packaging & Labeling: Ducts are wrapped in protective film and labeled with product specifications, batch number and production date for full traceability.
