Product Overview
Xicheng industrial PP wet scrubber is a high-efficiency waste gas treatment device designed for acid, alkaline, organic and odorous exhaust gas purification. It is widely used in pharmaceutical factories, printing plants, chemical plants, electronics factories and other industries. With gas-liquid countercurrent contact technology, it achieves high purification efficiency, stable operation and low operating cost.
Working Principle
Our industrial PP wet scrubber operates on a proven countercurrent flow design to maximize gas-liquid contact and purification efficiency. First, the exhaust gas is drawn into the acid mist scrubber tower by a matched fan unit, flowing upward through the structured packing layer. At the same time, the circulating washing liquid (neutralizing agent) is sprayed downward in fine mist form from the top of the PP wet scrubber via anti-clogging nozzles.
Pollutants in the exhaust gas are fully absorbed and neutralized as they come into contact with the liquid on the packing surface. After treatment, the gas passes through a high-efficiency demister to remove entrained liquid droplets, ensuring clean, compliant gas is discharged into the atmosphere. The contaminated waste liquid is collected in the integrated water tank of the PP wet scrubber and discharged to a centralized wastewater treatment system for further processing.
