PP board is made of polypropylene material, its hardness is higher than PE board, that is, polyethylene, strong acid, and alkali resistance, so it can become the main raw material for the production of acid and alkali resistance equipment. It can be seen in various industrial pigments and high-strength acids and bases. The processed container has stable function and good reliability. Polypropylene sheet has impact resistance, corrosion resistance, high heat resistance, non-toxic and odorless, smooth and beautiful appearance, low density, lightweight, no poisonous gas during welding, and simple processing. Polypropylene board has a low thermal distortion temperature (100°C), low transparency, low gloss, and low rigidity.

Polypropylene board has high impact strength, and the strength of polypropylene increases with the addition of ethylene content. Polypropylene board has high hardness and a high melting point. The shrinkage rate of the polypropylene board is appropriately high. Because polypropylene sheet is a semi-crystalline material, the shrinkage rate is generally 1.8~2.5%. And the direction uniformity of shrinkage is much better than that of PE-HD and other materials.

Polypropylene board plastic gusset is made of polypropylene board, which is light in weight, simple in equipment, waterproof, and anti-moth. The appearance of the pattern is also changed very much, and it is resistant to pollution, easy to clean, and has excellent functions of sound insulation and heat insulation. It is the flame-retardant material involved in the new process so that it can be extinguished away from the fire, and it is safer to use. The disadvantage is that the service life is relatively short compared with the ceiling panels of metal materials.

In addition to being corroded by concentrated sulfuric acid and concentrated nitric acid, it is stable against other chemical reagents, but low-molecular-weight aliphatic and aromatic hydrocarbons can soften polypropylene and have swelling properties. And chemical stability also improves with the increase of crystallinity. Therefore, it is suitable for the production of chemical pipelines and pipe fittings and has an outstanding anti-corrosion effect.
