The diagonal flow fan, also known as the mixed flow fan, is a fan between the axial flow fan and the centrifugal fan. The impeller of the diagonal flow fan allows the air to do both centrifugal and axial movement. The movement of the air in the shell mixes the axial flow and the centrifugal flow. Our commonly used material for diagonal flow fans made by our company is PPS+GF.
The casing adopts a cylindrical shape and is connected by three-section flanges to form a whole. The outlet inlet is connected to the pipe network along with the airflow, and the inlet air collector is made into a sword-retracting streamline. The flowsheet makes the outlet airflow have good airflow distribution and stable pressure holding.
It has the characteristics of high pressure, large air volume, high efficiency, compact structure, low noise, small size, convenient installation, etc.
A diagonal flow fan can be used for general ventilation, the use conditions are as follows:
1. Application place: As the indoor ventilation of general factories and buildings, it can be used as input gas and exhaust gas.
2. Types of conveying gas: air and other non-combustible gases, harmless to the human body and non-corrosive to steel.
3. Impurities in the gas: Do not allow viscous substances in the gas, and the dust and hard particles contained in it shall not exceed 150mg/m3.
4. According to the special needs of users, it can also be designed to use a magneto drive to achieve step-less speed change and variable air volume structure.
5. Gas temperature: no more than 80℃
