Description
The electroplating tank is made of PP material, reinforced with a steel structure, and the exterior is wrapped with PP material. This strength is sufficient and corrosion-resistant. It can be applied to strong acid and strong alkali chemical liquids. The utility model has the advantages of corrosion resistance, aging resistance, high strength, anti-seepage, heat insulation, insulation, non-toxicity, smooth surface, etc., and has the characteristics of long service life. It can be produced in different sizes and specifications according to requirements and drawings.
Features
An electroplating tank is the most common water tank and pickling tank in electroplating equipment. The material adopts PP material and steel structure material. The electroplating tank can be used to install solutions such as zinc plating, copper plating, nickel plating, and gold plating. The cathode moving plating tank is composed of a tank body, a conductive device, a steam heating tube, and a cathode moving device lined with soft PVC plastic in the steel tank. The choice of tank structure depends on factors such as the nature and temperature of the bath. It consists of a tank, a solution heating and cooling device, a conductive device, a motor, a reducer, an eccentric disk, a connecting rod, and a supporting rod roller. The optimal size of the electroplating bath is very important to the growth plan, yield estimation, and electroplating quality.
Three conditions must be met to determine the size of the electroplating tank:
1. To meet the processing requirements of the parts, all the parts are immersed in all the surfaces to be electroplated;
2. Maintain certain stability of the electrolyte content in the electroplating cycle.
3. The overall coordination of the production line should also be taken into account to meet the reasonable requirements of the layout of the electroplating workshop.
