Product customization

XCEP has its own large-scale production base, which can provide users with professional product development, product design and product processing services. Common processed products include wet scrubbers, activated carbon adsorption equipment, plastic water tanks, large diameter air pipes, plastic square pipes, polypropylene plastic air valves, special size pipe fittings, etc.

Product design process:

  1. Communicate product customization requirements;
  2. Confirm product design drawings and product samples;
  3. Product processing and production;
  4. Product inspection review;
  5. Pack and ship

The time period for customized products is generally 15 to 21 working days. Colleagues need to determine the final delivery period according to the size and production quantity of the product.

Matters needing attention in customized products:

  1. Customized products need to provide product design parameters and design drawings;
  2. Confirm the sample and timely feedback the product modification requirements;
  3. Customized products do not support return and exchange services;
  4. Customized products need to reserve sufficient production and transportation time;
  5. XCEP provides one-to-one manual service, and contact the customer service staff in time if there is a problem.
